Of course! If you can't make it to Sydney or prefer to participate from afar, you can still join in on the fun from wherever you are! When registering, sign up for the virtual ticket.

CX Circle is an event for professionals in the digital space who are interested in improving their brand's online customer experience. This includes individuals from various industries such as retail, B2B, finserve, travel & hospitality, telecommunications, and more. Attendees range in seniority from C-Suite to managers across digital, ecommerce, marketing, product, UX, design, tech and analytics. 

 

Please note: The in-person event is for online brands only, sorry agencies and vendors. 

If you want to embrace the gaming theme and come as your favourite player then be our guest - this is completely up to you! We encourage you to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.

If capacity permits we're happy for you to invite your team, but we do have a maximum limit of 4 people per brand.

FAQs for Digital Experience Awards

The Digital Experience Awards are for brands only*. Agencies and partners may support applications, but applications must be submitted directly from the brand.

*This rule does not apply to the "Woman of the year" category, which is open to anyone.

 

No! We welcome all brands to apply for the Digital Experience Awards. 

The only exception to this is the "Contentsquare Client of the Year", where applicants must be Contentsquare clients.

Yes, you can apply for as many of the awards as you like! However, you'll need to make a new slide presentation or video for each award that explains how you have met the criteria for that award. The same submission cannot be used to apply for multiple awards. Brands can apply for multiple awards, but video submissions must be unique to each category.

No, our Digital Experience Awards judges will be making their decisions based on the content of the submission alone.

No, only if you are shortlisted. If you are, we will ask for sign-off to share some of your written or video submission. Teaser content to showcase your submission will be used at the awards ceremony (with your permission and sign-off beforehand).
