Being the Head of Content at Beerwulf, Vicky has to ensure that all content is performing successfully and efficiently. To do this, she needs to access in depth real time insights to make reactive data-driven decisions. Vicky will be sharing Beerwulf use cases to provide actionable insights and takeaways on the following:

Creating a culture of data transformation

Denise manages the experimentation program at the Dutch number one retailer, She will be covering how are:

  • How the experimenting experts take over from the data coaches as a kind of relay race
  • How we share data during an experiment (as a sanity check).
  • How the result of an experiment is presented (now and in the future) and the learnings stored.




Developing an experimentation programme to drive customer-centric decision making

Tiago is Global Head of UX / Agility at Adeo. He believes in “Pro-Active UX Research & Design” to build great products with the end-user in mind while fostering an agile mindset. In this session, Tiago will explore:

  • The importance of setting the right metrics for digital campaigns
  • How to scale experimentation across multiple teams and countries
  • Combining data-driven experimentation with qualitative user testing to drive customer-centric business decisions
