Time to Live: 13 months, fixed

Size: 103 characters max

Cookie Hostname: Current domain  

Description:

  • The user ID

  • The timestamp (in seconds) of user creation

  • The number of visits for this user

  • The last pageview timestamp (in seconds)

  • The last visit timestamp (in seconds)

  • Cookie Secure attribute (since version 9.11.0), value can be : 

    • 0 : cookie is not secure, default for none crossDomain project or on browser that don't support SameSite cookie attribute

    • 1 : cookie is secure, default for crossDomain project

  • The timestamp of the last time this visitor was draw
  • It's own cookie expire date as a timestamp (in milliseconds)

  • Cookie SameSite attribute (since version 9.11.0), value can be: 

    • None : (attribute is SameSite=None;) for crossDomain projects

    • Lax : (attribute is SameSite=Lax;) for none crossDomain projects

    • X : (no SameSite attribute set) for any project on browser that don't support SameSite cookie attribute

Time to Live: 30 minutes, renewed on page view

Size: Min. 3 characters. Maximum will depend on the page number of the session.On average 3-4 characters (when less than 100 pageviews)

Description:

  • The number of pageviews for the current session

  • The recording state:

    • value 1 when recorded (since version 9.0.0)*

    • value 3 when recorded for session replay (since version 9.0.0)*

Time to Live: 13 months renewed on consent command

Size: 1 character

Cookie Hostname: Current domain  

Description:

Contains the consent state:

  • 0 when not required (project has no sensitive data, or has masked all sensitive data)

  • 1 when not expressed

  • 2 when granted

  • 3 when withdrawn

Not required value is for projects having no sensitive data or having masked all their sensitive data. Visitors of such project will always have consent = 0.

Time to Live: Session

Size: Minimum: 39 characters. Maximum will depend on how many custom variables are pushed by the customer and the length of the keys and values passed.

Description:

  • Contains an encoded stringified object representing existing custom variables.

Time to Live: 30 days, renewed on tag execution

Description:

  • If set, the user is excluded from tracking. Contains the timestamp of the last time this visitor was drawn.
