"Mind-blowing venues, a network community to connect, and inspirational speakers."
CX Circle meets Glastonbury Festival.
We are BACK with a day packed full of digital experience goodness. We’re throwing in glitter face paint, glow sticks, and a closing party so sassy Elton John would write a song about it.
"Just go. It's equal parts informative, inspirational and fun. You'll come away buzzing."
We all have data coming out of our ears, heaps of testing, various analyses and platforms, but is that enough to be customer obsessed? Our customers are human, with behaviour that changes daily based on things like holidays and paydays. So does your analysis really hold up a month later? Laurie says: put the data down. Filled with practical examples, she’ll dive into why you need to get friendly in-person, why you need to go beyond the online experience and how to get this new mindset on everyone's agenda.
With the average customer launching 9 apps a day and app downloads up 45% in the last 5 years, who and how are customers comparing their experience? Laura will cover why you need to think outside your bubble when it comes to optimising your app experience. Has what shapes customer expectations changed, and if so, is what we look at internally to measure this still relevant?
No need to trek across a muddy field in search of food, we’ve got all the festival grub to keep you fed and watered before we open up our breakout stages. For our festival friends at home, you can order in your lunch of choice using your complimentary delivery voucher.
A breakout session for all of our lovely clients (and any other nosey festival goers). Direct Line Group & Sykes Cottages will be sharing the difference between the art of analytics and the artist through a fun and interactive session. Expect to experience the art of analytics and storytelling through a different lens.
The time has come to face the evident truth: Personalisation is here to stay and is playing an increasingly important role in all aspects of the customer experience, across all channels. This CX Circle, we’re excited to bring on stage a group of personalisation pioneers from various verticals who have their minds set on the future of CX to share their personalisation approach; from where they are today, how they got there, and what they believe will help each of their businesses continue to move the needle.
Outstanding digital experiences start with building websites that everybody can use, no matter what their age, impairment, or personal situation. Patrick will share how accessibility was considered and implemented from the beginning in MG Motor’s recent website redesign. We’ll also open up the stage to answer any of your burning digital accessibility questions.
Armed with Champagne, we're giving you the chance to go and mingle with our partners in Cocktails & CX Dreams. Come curious, ask us questions and get to know Contentsquare and our event partners a little better.
Having just concluded the biggest web experiment to-date during her 4-year tenure at ClassPass, get tips on how to give your website the ultimate boost from ClassPass’ Director of Conversion Optimization, Nina Bayatti. The session will finish with a 20 minute yoga session led by The Refinery E9 to energise you for the afterparty.
Join us for a fun, fast-paced and interactive session where we’ll be reflecting on our collective experiences at both BazaarVoice and The Very Group to bring to life just how important it is to pay attention to the voice of the customer. We’ve got facts, stats and prizes to ensure we’re the perfect wrap-up to a brilliant day.
Integrity is more than a personality trait and is usually the missing piece to connect you with your life's greatest purpose. In this workshop, individuals will go deeper along their personal path of integrity and learn to effortlessly be their most authentic selves in all settings.

A hybrid event means you can choose to attend in-person in London, or tune-in virtually from the comfort of your own home office. So no matter where you are in the world, you can join the festival. Once registered, you’ll receive a calendar invite with instructions on how to join us, depending on which option you choose.
If you have a virtual ticket and decide you’d like to go in person instead, you can swap your ticket to an in-person ticket as long as we have in-person seats available.
We usually fill up quickly, so please get in touch by contacting hannah.tyler@contentsquare.com to upgrade to an in-person spot.
