📱We are living in a mobile-first world 58% of all online visits come from smartphones. Mobile is the device of choice for many of us, but users still love to browse on desktop with 39% of traffic coming from desktop computers.
🎈Conversion rates are on the up Conversions across all industries have jumped from 1.8% in 2020 to 2.3% in 2021—a 28% increase! And get this: conversion rates are 100% higher on desktop, showing that brands must optimize for both mobile and desktop experiences!
🚀 Customer expectations are sky-high Average bounce rates increased from 47% in 2020 to 50% in 2021 (First impressions really do matter). Pair this with a 328% increase in page views during sessions where a conversion took place and it's safe to say that customer expectations are high.

You need to understand your market. You can't start your rebranding project without knowing your competition and potential opportunities, and the external perception of your brand - how it's perceived/recognized by your prospects and the general public. That's why conducting qualitative research is essential. ...
✍️ What are the main objectives of a rebranding project?
Your objectives will be specific to your business and your approach, but in most cases, rebranding serves to bring the brand back in line with your target audience and market. The purpose of a rebrand is usually to evolve and align a company's branding with its business and recruitment objectives. ...
✍️ How to monitor the performance?
It’s essential to combine qualitative and quantitative metrics. You can monitor quantitative metrics through the new traffic and interactions on your site, your social networks and your analytics tools. I’d also suggest AB testing some versions in order to launch the best performing one. But don't forget to conduct qualitative studies with your prospects, customers, partners and investors to measure the results and get VoC insights.
